Bowser, Super Mario Galaxy 2
Bowser is the main villain in the Super Mario series. He is often helped by Bowser Jr. or the Koopalings. He is always kidnapping Princess Peach, who is rescued by Mario. He always tries to defeat Mario, but often fails.


Bowser has yellow, scaley skin, with sharp claws on his hands, as well as his feet. Bowser has a large tail and shell, both complete with spikes. He wears two giant black rings with spikes on each hand, and on around his neck. Bowser has spiky teeth, a green scaley head, red eyebrows, red hair, and two horns.

NSMB Game Appearances

New Super Mario Bros.

Bowser appears as the first boss in the game, only to fall in lava and turn into Dry Bowser. He is then revived by Bowser Jr. at the final boss battle, only to be defeated.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii

Bowser appears only as the final boss in the game. You fight him just like in the very first Super Mario Bros., but after Kamek revives him with magic, the tables have turned and Bowser grows bigger! Fortunately, you can defeat Bowser by stepping on the ! Switch.

New Super Mario Bros. 2

Just like NSMBW, you fight Bowser Super Mario Bros. style, but he gets revived by the Koopalings instead. After growing to a ginormous size, you must reach the princess using falling platforms, but Bowser destroys the platforms, giving you a hard time. But, Bowser can be defeated if you step on a ! Switch.
